The various parts are manufactured in the machining workshop, according to very precise specifications, and using lathes and milling machines. They are also checked several times during their development to ensure that there are no snags. Each part has a unique marking to identify it.
The half-wheels of helicopters and airplanes are then assembled in a specific workshop, as are the pistons. The precise assembly of the latter is carried out in a completely clean environment, which the various components only integrate after having been demagnetized.
These parts are made for Airbus, Alpha Jet, Mirage 2000 and Rafales aircraft.
